Call to Paul

Hi fellow garden travelers. For some reason, I called Paul tonight. Even as his phone was ringing, my embarrassment for “not having a reason” to call was mounting. Of all times, he answered.

“Hi Paul, its David” I said…then continued: “I don’t know why I am calling tonight.”
“Well I know why,” he said, “because I just tried you 10 mins ago and the call didn’t go through!”
(Note to Self: God is amazing)
He went on to say he had been on the phone with a couple in Belgium who had 12 kids. They wanted to know how to get a copy of Growing Food God’s Way. I advised Paul to direct them to the book’s website.
Paul credits their knowing the book even exists to the L2Survive YouTube videos and that may be. I know I sent one signed (by the author) book to Belgium months ago and maybe they encouraged a friend to get one too.

Either way, there may be another back-order on the horizon…which is bittersweet because my goal is not back-orders, but fulfilled orders. (Amen)

I am living on at least two scriptures that can be read in Philippians chapter 4: Verse 19 – But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (&) Verse 6 – Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

I commend at least the latter to the ones who have paid for one or more books. Those cumulative funds sit in PayPal until I use them for printing or shipping.

Blessings on your day, DD

    God is always faithful.
I have posted on your Facebook page a question for Paul please, on the tour this weekend.
*How to prepare all this glorious food. All raw or some cooked/steamed. How much to juice or smoothies? What to eat to keep warm in winter? Maybe this is a question for Mrs Gaulschi, sorry I’ve forgotten her name. Would love to face time but they don’t have an iPad. Living in Australia I feel a bit cut off. Looking forward to kindle version of the book. When we move to our acreage next month I can start the garden. Just preparing for now.

Anne, see the Facebook response. Paul’s “keep warm” food is to add cayenne pepper to what he is eating.
